His experience spans many major projects; most recently, he served as Project Director on the King Salman Park project during 2025–2026. He currently manages high-volume contracts for Vision 2030 giga-projects while providing in-house counsel, procurement oversight, commercial controls and dispute-avoidance support.
His experience includes 23+ arbitration and major dispute matters with aggregate exposure exceeding SAR 3 billion, together with 40+ court-appointed technical expert matters involving construction, delay, valuation, property and contractual issues.
He advises across the full contract lifecycle on Vision 2030 giga-projects, including procurement, FIDIC administration, variations, extensions of time, delay and disruption, quantum, termination, payment disputes, evidence registers, arbitration strategy and project close-out.
Through Tuwaiq Business Networks, his independent freelance practice alongside DAP, he maintains an international professional network supporting Saudi market entry, cross-border procurement, investment coordination, contracts and dispute analysis.
